OVERVIEW:

I developed a strong technical background in the fundamentals of mechanical. The course at UC had a design rich instructional philosophy, enabling me to develop strong conceptualisation problem solving skills using deep analysis and critical thinking.

ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT

OVERVIEW:

Business case development of an on-farm biogas to methanol system for Methanex New Zealand Limited to develop an environmental and economic solution for the largest greenhouse gas emitter in New Zealand, agriculture.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Business case development, concept generation and ideation

• Risk assessment & project planning including patent literature review for intellectual property approach development

• Financial modelling and feasibility analysis to enable route to market and competitive advantage strategy development

• Human resource, stakeholder engagement and communication planning for project execution

SYSTEMS ENGINEERING

• Design and Risk Management – Root Cause Analysis, Defect Reduction and Failure Analysis

• Triple bottom line analysis – Economic Value, Environmental Integrity and Benefit to Society
